Must document the latest on the Holualea Ale: Moved it over to secondary fermentation, checked the gravity at 1.012. So, we're looking at approximately 4.5%-5.0% alcohol content.

come on out...it will be ready for consumption in mid-August.
my masterpiece is a Porter made about 3 months ago...i'm trying to drink it slowly...stumbled upon a good recipe, and somehow it turned out 10x better than all my other brews. very smooth.
