lunchroom lady

We have a lunchroom lady.  Her job is to make sure everyone "sanitizes" their hands prior to eating.  She thought she busted me this morning.  I was going to get some hot water for my coffee.  She asked me if I had sanitized.  I said yes. Isn't the sign enough?  Do we really need to send someone out here to enforce the sign?
