I will be voting for McCain for president in November. However, if McCain is not the next president I'd rather it be Clinton than Obama. Hard to believe this is the same woman who made the famous "baking cookies" comment back in 1992.
what's the famous "baking cookies" comment? I missed it.
March 26, 1992Correspondent: Jackie JuddAnchor: Ted Koppel TED KOPPEL (VO): Meet the new political wife. She has a career, she has opinions. A partner in every way. GOV BILL CLINTON, (D), PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: And my slogan might well be, "Buy one, get one free". KOPPEL (VO): And now, she's become controversial. HILLARY CLINTON: I suppose I could have stayed home and baked cookies and had teas, but what I decided to do was to fulfill my profession which I entered before my husband was in public life.
Or in short, she went from the "militant" feminist to the politician downing Crown Royal whiskey. Ironic that she now does better among the Reagan Democrats and not the Latte Liberals.
you like clinton over obama? wow...i guess you could call me a latte liberal...i like lattes, and don't like conservative jackasses like McCain
McCain and Clinton are friends and seem to respect each other in a professional sort of way. McCain and Clinton do not seem to respect Obama.
Looks like it's all but over now.
all over...just after Hillary reinvented herself as a common man.
Ironic that she's going to lose. I think she has come out of the primaries looking better. And I think Obama has come out of the primary looking worse than he did when the race started.
And yes, the fun is over and onto McCain and Obama. Actully I liked Hillary slightly better than either of them, but I thik that's because she's much more complicated and fascinating than either of them -- they are both really quite boring.
That last comment was supposed to be by "Keith", not anonymous.
