The thing on your neck is a manpurse?
You can always get a wrist runner wallet or a shoe wallet... Perhaps not much better... The only thing I ever carried when I run is a ONE key...
But it's pretty hard to get around the neck wallet/manpurse on overseas military posts these days...
Who would have thought... Manpurses are fighting terrorism!
