Had 2 workouts today...the first was the normal Thursday climbing ride. Did 3 intense loops of AMR, then raced back to Hickam. After the ride, I did a few extra miles on base. As usual, this was a pretty good workout, burning well over 1000 calories in about 1.5 hours.
The 2nd workout was Bikram Yoga. I can sum up this workout in 3 words:

Did you know Bikram got his break when President Nixon went to India? Nixon was suffering from phlebitis, Bikram healed Nixon, so Nixon gave him a chance to come to the US...

yes...have had guests most of February. kids slept in our room, so hard to get on here and post.
